How much does the initial appointment cost?
dellCor offers in-person site visits at no cost to you.
What can I expect with regard to response and project timeframes?
dellCor prides itself on timely responses to its customers and this includes potential customers. You can expect to receive initial contact with one of our team members within 48 hours of your contact and a site visit, if necessary, within 1 week of your initial consult, schedules permitting. You will receive an estimate soon thereafter depending on the scope of your project. The scope of your project will also determine how long it will take to bring your project to completion.
Do your proposals expire?
Yes, after 30 days.
Does dellCor offer financing?
Yes, we use Greensky and offer 5 different financing plans.
Do you take credit card payments?
Yes, we take credit card payments but the customer is responsible for paying the 2.99% surcharge.
Will dellCor work with my Home Owners Association (HOA)?
No, dellCor will work directly with homeowners who will work directly with their HOA. dellCor works with homeowners to package the requisite documents to request approval for their project from their HOA.
Who is responsible for getting permits?
dellCor is responsible for applying for permits but several signatures are needed from the customer.
What is your warranty?
dellCor Contracting warrants that all work will be performed in a reasonably good and workman like manner and in accordance with all local requirements for building permits, inspections, and zoning. dellCor Contracting provides a 1-year structural warranty. This warranty is non-transferable.
What deck products do you use?
We primarily use Trex Pro products however we also has access to Fiberon & Azeck products.
What is your payment schedule?
This varies based on the type of project but a 25% payment is required for all contract signings.
